How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 15 business days to process before they are shipped due to customization work involved. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update

Please bear in mind that delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

How long does it take to receive my product?

This depends on the Sculpting time in addition to the Shipping Method you select during checkout.

7-15 business days
Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping 10-15 business days (Free Over $89)
Expedited Shipping(DHL) 5-7 business days

Can I change the destination country of my order?
Weregret that, once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same, although shipping costs will vary depending on where the order is going.
Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Please note:
We want to make sure that your figurine is perfect, and we subject all products to rigorous quality inspections before they are sent out. If a product does not pass our inspections, we will ask for it to be remade. This may result in delivery being delayed (We will inform you by email if this is the case and give you the option to cancel your order before it is remade).
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
